Secure Inventory portal

Login, licence check, then Inventory workflows.

The portal now starts like a real customer workspace: sign in, confirm organisation, check Inventory entitlement, verify device and environment, then open the Inventory dashboard.

Inventory is the only available product path. CRM and POS remain locked as future roadmap modules until Inventory reaches General Availability.

Access gates

A real portal must block or route users before any workflow opens.

Every customer enters through the same controlled sequence. Failed gates do not open Inventory workflows.

01

Session starts with email/username and password. Failed attempts are denied and audit-visible.

02

Organisation

The user must belong to an active organisation before the portal shell opens.

03

Licence

Inventory must be licensed. CRM and POS remain unavailable as future modules.

04

Device

Registered or activated devices can be checked before operational use.

05

Environment

LIVE, TRAINING, and TEST stay separated so practice never pollutes live stock.

06

Role

Staff, supervisor, manager, admin, owner, and support roles see different controls.

Use the Inventory Portal button for login, not just a marketing explanation.

The website now separates public product pages from the gated customer portal path.
